The Cardinal Way is East Cleveland City Schools' districtwide Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) framework. Just as we teach reading, writing, and math, we teach students how to meet behavioral expectations — building the skills to be respectful, responsible, and safe every day, in every building.
