Facilities and Operations

The East Cleveland City Schools Maintenance Department is committed to providing clean and well-maintained facilites to all students.  From the classrooms and the corridors to the sidewalks and the parking lots and everything inbetween, we know that providing a safe and secure learning space is the foundation for success.

If you have an issue in your work space or in your building, make sure to submit a ticket through the district work order system, ML Works.  The link can be found below.

The facilities of the East Cleveland City School District may be rented for various purposes.  In order to apply, the group or organization should have a majority of their membership residing within the city of East Cleveland, have a representative at least twenty-one years of age, have that representative be a resident of East Cleveland, and be financially responsible.  

The form linked below provides prices and guidelines for prospective users.  The form can be downloaded and completed with a PDF editor.  Completed applications should be sent to the Facilities and Operations office via email.
